Step 1. Connect your iPhone to computer
Plug in your iPhone to PC with a USB cable and launch MobileTransf iPhone Transfer.
Step 2. Transfer iPhone Contacts to your PC
Click Information on the left panel, you will see the Contacts, Notes, Bookmarks, Call History and Messages of your iPhone. Click Contacts icon, then you will find those options: New, Delete, Backup, Recover. To extract free iPhone recovery software your contacts out, please select Backup.
Choose Backup selected contacts or Backup all contacts from the drop-down list, and then choose to CSV free data recovery mac File to copy the contacts to CSV to your PC.

Step 3. Transfer iPhone Contacts from PC to Gmail
Sign in your Gmail account. In the left sidebar of Gmail window, Free iPhone data recovery click Gmail.
Click Contacts and More. you will see the drop-down menu and choose Import��.
After that, a pop-up window will show up. Click Choose File and import CSV File to Gmail.
